This notice explains what personal data we process when you visit this website and how to exercise your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What this website does and does not do
This website uses no analytics, no advertising or tracking tools, no contact forms, no user accounts and no embedded third-party content. Fonts are served from our own site and are not loaded from external servers.
3. Hosting and server log files
The website is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (and its EU affiliates). When you visit, the servers process technical data that your browser transmits, such as your IP address, the date and time of the request, the pages requested, the amount of data transferred, and browser and device information. This is necessary to deliver the site and to keep it secure.
- Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in a secure and reliably working website).
- Cookies: Cloudflare may set a technically necessary cookie for security and bot protection. We do not set any other cookies.
- Transfers outside the EU: Data may be processed in the USA. Cloudflare states that it relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses for such transfers.
4. Contacting us by email
If you write to us, we process your email address, the content of your message and any details you give us in order to reply and to carry out the conversation you started. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your message relates to a contract or pre-contractual steps, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our interest in answering enquiries). We delete the correspondence when the matter is concluded, unless legal retention duties apply.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise these rights, write to info@damife.com.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority, for example the one responsible for your place of residence or for our registered office.
6. Changes
If we add features that process further personal data (for example forms or analytics), we will update this notice first.
